How to check
Open the refund details on your order page. It states the amount and where it is going.
Timing
Credit is usually quicker. Card refunds depend on your bank, which can add several business days after the refund is issued.
If it seems late
Compare today’s date with the expected date on the refund page, then check your bank’s pending items before contacting anyone.
